Toyota 1ZZ-FE 2000–2007 Long Block Overview
UNITED ENGINE has been rebuilding quality engines since 1978, offering remanufactured Toyota 1ZZ-FE long blocks for 2000–2007 models. This engine is not compatible with manual transmission vehicles, Spiders, convertibles, or all-wheel-drive engines. Shipping is available only to a business with a loading dock or forklift in the lower 48 states. Buyers should verify photos to ensure the engine matches their existing setup.
Long Block Components and Remanufacturing Process
All long blocks include cylinder head(s) attached and valve train installed, but valve covers, timing cover, intake manifold, and oil pan are not included. Each long block contains lifters, camshaft, timing chain or belt, timing gears, valve guides, three-angle cut seats, bearings, pistons, piston rings, rod bushings (if applicable), gaskets, and oil pump. Cylinder blocks, heads, crankshafts, and rods are cleaned, shot peened, magnafluxed, tapped, brushed, honed, vacuum-tested, and polished according to strict remanufacturing standards.

Warranty and Ordering Information
All remanufactured long blocks meet or exceed OEM specifications. Passenger car and light truck long blocks include a 1-year, unlimited-mile parts-only warranty. If a defect related to workmanship or installed parts occurs within twelve months, UNITED ENGINE will repair or replace the unit for the original buyer.
