1995–2004 TOYOTA 3RZ-FE 2.7L Long Block Overview
1995–2004 TOYOTA 3RZ-FE 2.7L (8 Port Intake) long block is offered with balance shafts eliminated to improve reliability. This engine requires a $600.00 core deposit and ships to a business with a loading dock or forklift. Rebuilding quality engines since 1978, this 3RZ-FE 2.7 long block is available with or without distributor and fits Tacoma, 4Runner, and T-100 (1994–2005) models. Shipping applies to the lower 48 only.
Long Block Components and Remanufacturing Process
All long blocks come with cylinder head(s) attached and valve train installed, excluding valve covers, timing cover, and oil pan. Each long block includes lifters, camshaft, timing chain or belt, timing gears, valve guides, three-angle cut seats, cam, bearings, pistons, piston rings, rod bushings (if applicable), gaskets, and oil pump. Blocks, heads, crankshafts, and connecting rods are cleaned, shot peened, magnafluxed, tapped, hand brushed, and vacuum checked. Crankshafts are ground and polished, connecting rods honed, and all heads CNC surfaced, meeting or exceeding OEM specifications.

Warranty, Core Policy, and Additional Details
Long blocks are covered for 1 year or unlimited miles for passenger cars and light trucks up to 1/2 ton. If a defect in parts or workmanship appears within twelve months, UNITED ENGINE will repair or replace the defective unit. A rebuildable matching core must be returned within 30 days, complete with all parts and meeting required clearances for refund.
