Engine Overview

1995–2004 Toyota 2RZ-FE 2.4L (8-Port) remanufactured long block engine, rebuilt with the highest standards from UNITED ENGINE—SINCE 1978. This engine fits Tacoma, 4Runner, and T-100 (1994–2005) with or without distributor. Shipping is available to a business location with a loading dock or forklift. No core is required for this engine model.

Precision Remanufacturing Process

Every long block comes with the cylinder head attached and the full valve train installed. The unit includes lifters, camshaft, timing chain/belt, timing gears, valve guides, three-angle cut seats, pistons, rings, rod/main bearings, oil pump and rod bushings (if applicable). Blocks, heads, crankshafts, and connecting rods are fully cleaned, shot-peened, magnafluxed, and inspected for cracks. Oil galleys are hand-brushed, cylinders hand-cleaned, and all bolt holes tapped to ensure OEM-level reliability.

Quality, Testing & Warranty Standards

Cylinder heads are vacuum-tested for valve seating accuracy, while crankshafts are ground and polished to OEM tolerance. All connecting rods are honed and resized as required. This remanufactured 2RZ-FE long block meets or exceeds all original Toyota specifications. Total cost includes item price plus shipping. Payment options include Visa and Mastercard. CORE POLICY : You have 30 days from date of original purchase to return a matching core (rebuildable). Cores must be complete will all its parts including rods, bolts, and must not be cracked.
