SUMMARY OF OUR ENGINE LIMITED WARRANTY:
Passenger car and up to 1/2 ton trucks . long blocks are covered for 1 years or unlimited miles. diesel engines covered for 90 days .If failure of a long block should occur and it is determined the failure is due to a defect in workmanship or parts installed by united engine will replace or repair the defective unit to the original buyer. warranty is parts only no labor shall be considered. No refunds only credit shall be issued.

  • Loss of income or revenue
  • Loss of transportation or vehicle rental
  • Equipment rental
  • Any towing charges
  • Crankshaft thrust damage
  • Diagnostic time, fluids, filters or shop supplies
  • Oil starvation for any reason
  • Piston scuffing
  • Overheating, melting of heat tab
  • Detonation, pre-ignition (melting of pistons)
  • Head gasket with burnt fire ring

TERMS: Begins on date of Purchase WARRANTY SUBJECT TO THE FOLLOWING TERMS & CONDITIONS

LONG BLOCKS: The warranty shall be From Date of Purchase up to Twelve (12) Months or 12,000 Miles (Whichever shall first occur) , on Engines purchased with Cylinder Heads installed by Our Company, and when used in Non commercial Passenger Cars or Light Duty Trucks Up-To and including1/2 Ton.  No claims for labor shall be considered.  WARRANTY IS PARTS ONLY NO LABOR.

SHORT BLOCKS: The warranty shall be Three (3) Months or 4,000 Miles (Whichever shall first occur),parts only when used in non-commercial Passenger Cars or Light Duty Trades Up-To, and including 1/2 Ton. No claims for Labor or other items of expense shall be considered. Warranty does not cover oil consumption on SHORT BLOCKS purchased without Cylinder Heads. Warranty will be voided if new Lifters, Oil Pump and Gaskets are not installed. (Receipt required) Warranty limited to replacement or repair (at our option)

DIESEL, COMMERCIAL ,INDUSTRIAL  & H. D. TRUCKS: The warranty shall be Ninety (90) Days or 3,000 Miles (Whichever shall first occur) on LONG BLOCKS, SHORT BLOCKS & TRANSMISSIONS when used in Tracks (3/4) Ton or over, or commercial vehicles of any kind. Warranty shall be parts only. Warranty shall be limited to replacement of parts found defective or repair (at our option). No claims for labor shall be considered. Warranty shall be parts only

LONG BLOCKS, SHORT BLOCKS TRANSMISSIONS when used in motor homes or Trucks (1/2) Ton or over or commercial vehicles of any kind. These Engines must be Special Ordered at an additional cost. The use of a standard production Engine in these applications may result in failure and void your warranty

MOTOR HOMES: The warranty shall be Thirty (90) Days or 1,000 Miles (Whichever shall first occur) Warranty shall be parts only no labor.

BOATS: The warranty shall be one hundred twenty (120) Days, Warranty limited to replacement of parts found to be defective. No claims for Labor or other items or expense shall be considered. These Engines must be Special Ordered at an additional cost. The use of a standard production Engine in these applications may result in failure and will void your warranty. Customer must specify if boat is a standard or reverse rotation. Salt or fresh water-cooled.

TRANSMISSIONS: The warranty shall be one year on for use in cars and truck up to ½ ton. Warranty limited to replacement of parts found to be defective. No claims for Labor or other items of expense shall be considered. Warranty shall be parts only

LPG & PROPANE: The warranty shall be Ninety (90) days On Engines that are run on Alternative Fuel, Natural Gas, LPG, or Propane, Warranty is parts only. Warranty is limited to replacement parts found defective or repair (at our option). There is no Warranty on the Valve Train. These Engines must be Special Ordered at an additional cost. The use of a standard production Engine in these applications will result in failure and will void your warranty. WARRNTY Shall is parts only.

HIGH PERFORMANCE, TURBO OR SUPERCHARGERS: The warranty shall be Thirty (30) Days or 1,000 Miles (Whichever shall first occur) on Engines that are equipped with a Turbo charger or Supercharger. These Engines must be Special Ordered at an additional cost. The use of a standard production Engine in these applications will result in failure and will void your warranty. Warranty limited to replacement of parts found defective. No claims for Labor or other items or expense shall be considered.

CYLNDER HEADS AND CRANK KITS Warranty shall 90 DAYS parts only. NO LABOR SHALL BE CONSIDERD.

CORE POLICY ON EXCHANGED ENGINES: You have 30 days from date of original purchase to return a matching core (rebuildable). Cores must be complete will all its parts including rods, bolts, and must not be cracked. The crank must clear 20/20 and the block must clear .030 for refund. We required Three (3) Business Days to Inspect and to refund your Deposit. NO EXCEPTIONS
