Remanufactured Nissan QR25DE Long Block Overview
The Nissan QR25DE long block for 2002–2006 comes fully assembled with cylinder head(s) and valve train installed. Valve covers, timing cover, intake manifold, and oil pan are not included. Compatible with 2001–2005 Nissan Serena C24 (158 hp), 2002–2006 Nissan Sentra SE-R (165 hp) & SE-R Spec V (175 hp), and 2002–2006 Nissan Altima (170–182 hp), this engine is shipped to commercial locations with a loading dock or forklift in the lower 48 states. Core deposit is required only for certain configurations, otherwise no core is necessary.
Fully Rebuilt Components for Reliability
Each long block features lifters, camshaft, timing chain or belt, timing gears, valve guides, three-angle cut seats, cam, rod and main bearings, pistons, piston rings, rod bushings (if applicable), gaskets, and oil pump. Cylinder blocks, heads, crankshafts, and connecting rods are meticulously cleaned, shot-peened, and magnaflux-tested for cracks, while all bolt holes are tapped. Oil galleys are hand-brushed, cylinders hand-cleaned, and cylinder heads vacuum-checked after assembly for proper valve seating. Crankshafts are ground and polished, and connecting rods are honed to ensure OEM-level performance.
OEM-Level Remanufacturing and Warranty
The QR25DE long block is rebuilt to meet or exceed original equipment specifications. Components include new SBI valves and valve springs (USA), new NPR pistons and rings (Japan), S.A. Gear timing gears and chain (USA), ITM oil pump, and ITM or Evergreen gasket set. Cylinder heads are rebuilt with three-angle cut seats and CNC-surfaced, blocks are bored and honed, camshafts are ground, hardened, and polished, and connecting rods resized to OEM specifications. Passenger car and light truck long blocks come with a 1-year unlimited mileage parts warranty.

If failure of a long block should occur during the first twelve months and it is determined the failure is due to a defect in workmanship or parts installed by ENGINE SUPPERSTORE will replace or repair the defective unit to the original buyer.
