REBUILDING QUALITY ENGINES SINCE 1978, this Dodge Jeep Chrysler 4.7 287 CI reman engine is designed for 2008–2012 models with a 32-tooth crank V8 SOHC configuration. This unit is a dual spark plug reman engine and requires a core deposit of 900.00, with the rebuildable core to be returned within 30 days for deposit credit. Shipping is one way to a business with a loading dock or forklift within the lower 48.

Complete Long Block Specifications

All long blocks include cylinder head(s) attached and valve train installed. Valve covers, timing cover, intake manifold, and oil pan are not included. Each long block contains lifters, camshaft, timing chain or belt, timing gears, valve guides, three-angle cut seats, cam, rod and main bearings, pistons, piston rings, rod bushings (if applicable), gaskets, and oil pump. All blocks, heads, crankshafts, and rods are cleaned, shot-peened, magnafluxed, and fully inspected.

This remanufactured long block meets or exceeds O.E.M. specifications using new SIVOILITE pistons, new HASTINGS rings, new S.A. gear timing components, new MELLING oil pump, and new VICTOR/ROCK/BIG 3 gasket set. Cylinder heads are rebuilt, CNC surfaced, and vacuum tested, while blocks are bored and honed. Warranty covers passenger cars and light trucks up to 1/2 ton for 1 year or unlimited miles (parts only). Core policy requires a matching rebuildable core within 30 days.
