Description

This remanufactured 6.7L long block is designed for 2013–2018 Dodge Pickup trucks, including all ¾-ton and above turbo diesel HD models (VIN L). A refundable $2500 core deposit is required with every order. To ensure proper fitment, your VIN and engine serial number must be provided at the time of purchase. Shipping is available one way to a commercial address equipped with a loading dock or forklift within the lower 48 states.

Each long block is built with the cylinder head installed and includes essential internal components such as the lifters, camshaft, timing chain/belt, timing gears, valve guides, three-angle cut seats, bearings, pistons, rings, rod bushings (if applicable), gaskets, and oil pump. External accessories including valve covers, timing cover, oil pan, rockers, and pushrods are not included. All core engine components—blocks, heads, crankshafts, and connecting rods—are cleaned, shot-peened, magnaflux-tested, and fully inspected to meet OEM standards.

The remanufacturing process includes vacuum-checked heads, hand-brushed oil galleys, honed connecting rods, and ground/polished crankshafts. Major components are either fully rebuilt or replaced with new parts, such as USA-made pistons and rings, S.A. Gear timing gears and chain, Melling oil pump, and Victor gaskets. Cylinder heads are CNC-surfaced, and blocks are bored and honed to ensure reliable long-term performance.

Passenger car and light truck up to 1/2 ton long blocks are covered for 1 years or unlimited miles (Parts Only no labor ). If failure of a long block should occur during the first twelve months and it is determined the failure is due to a defect in workmanship or parts installed by united engine will replace or repair the defective unit to the original buyer.
