Every long block undergoes a thorough cleaning process, including shot peening and magnaflux crack detection on cylinder blocks, heads, crankshafts, and connecting rods. All bolt holes are tapped, oil galleys are hand brushed, and cylinders are meticulously cleaned. Cylinder heads receive three-angle cut seats and vacuum testing for proper valve seating. Crankshafts are ground, polished, and all connecting rods are fully honed for precise fitment and durability.

This 5.9L Magnum Long Block is assembled using high-quality new components such as Sivolite pistons, Hastings rings, S.A. Gear timing set, Melling oil pump, and Victor gaskets. Every engine block is bored, honed, resurfaced, and machined to OEM standards or better. Camshafts are hardened, polished, and ground to factory specs, ensuring smooth engine operation and long-term reliability.
