Rebuilt Toyota 3RZ-FE 2.7L Long Block (Without Distributor)
The 1995–2004 Toyota 3RZ-FE 2.7L (4 port intake) long block is available without distributor and requires a $600.00 core deposit. Balance shafts are eliminated to improve reliability. This long block fits Tacoma, 4Runner, and T-100 models from 1994–2005. Shipping is available to a business with a loading dock or forklift, to the lower 48 states only.
Assembly Details & Included Components
All long blocks come with the cylinder head attached and valve train installed. Valve covers, timing cover, and oil pan are not included. Each unit includes lifters, camshaft, timing chain or belt, timing gears, valve guides, three-angle cut seats, rod and main bearings, pistons, piston rings, rod bushings (if applicable), gaskets, and oil pump. Cylinder blocks, heads, crankshafts, and connecting rods are cleaned, shot-peened, magnaflux-tested, and bolt holes are tapped for restoration.
Remanufacturing Standards & Engine Quality
Oil galleys are hand brushed, cylinders are cleaned with solution, and heads receive three-angle cut valve seats and vacuum testing. Crankshafts are ground and polished, connecting rods honed, and all components processed to meet or exceed original equipment specifications. Engines are rebuilt with OEM-quality parts to ensure durability and performance.

Passenger car and light truck long blocks up to 1/2 ton include a 1-year unlimited-mile warranty covering defects in workmanship or parts installed by United Engine. Total price equals item price plus shipping. Payments accepted via Visa or MasterCard. The core policy requires returning a complete, rebuildable matching core within 30 days.
