Rebuilt Toyota 3RZ-FE 2.7L Long Block With Distributor
The 1995–2004 Toyota 3RZ-FE 2.7L (4 port intake) long block is available with distributor, with a $500–$600 core required depending on configuration. Balance shafts are deleted to improve reliability. Shipping is available to a business address with a loading dock or forklift. This long block fits Tacoma, 4Runner, and T-100 models from 1994–2005, with no core required in some listings. All long blocks include cylinder head attached and valve train installed. Valve covers, timing cover, and oil pan are not included.
Complete Long Block Assembly Details
Each long block includes lifters, camshaft, timing chain or belt, timing gears, valve guides, three-angle cut seats, rod and main bearings, pistons, piston rings, rod bushings (if applicable), gaskets, and an oil pump. Cylinder blocks, heads, crankshafts, and connecting rods are cleaned, shot-peened, and magnaflux-tested for cracks. All bolt holes are tapped, oil galleys are hand brushed, and cylinders are cleaned with solution. Cylinder heads receive three-angle cut seats, are vacuum-checked, and connecting rods are honed. Crankshafts are ground and polished.

All remanufactured long blocks meet or exceed original equipment specifications. Heads are rebuilt and CNC surfaced, blocks are bored and honed, and camshafts are ground, hardened, and polished to OEM specifications.
