High-Quality Rebuilt Toyota 2RZ-FE Long Blocks

The 1995–2004 Toyota 2RZ-FE 2.4L (4 or 8 port intake) long block is available with or without distributor, and no core is required. Shipping is available to a business location with a loading dock or forklift. All long blocks come with the cylinder head attached and valve train installed. Valve covers, timing cover, and oil pan are not included. Each engine includes lifters, camshaft, timing chain or belt, timing gears, valve guides, three-angle cut seats, rod and main bearings, pistons, piston rings, rod bushings (if applicable), gaskets, and an oil pump.

Complete Remanufacturing Process

All cylinder blocks, heads, crankshafts, and connecting rods are cleaned, shot-peened, and magnaflux-tested for cracks. Bolt holes are tapped, and oil galleys are hand-brushed. Cylinder heads receive three-angle cut valve seats and are vacuum-checked after assembly. Crankshafts are ground and polished, and connecting rods are honed. All our remanufactured long blocks meet or exceed original equipment specifications.

Warranty, Core Policy & Customer Support

Passenger car and light truck long blocks include a 1-year, unlimited-mile (parts-only) limited warranty covering defects in workmanship or parts. Total price includes item price plus shipping, payable by Visa or MasterCard. The core policy allows 30 days to return a matching, rebuildable core with all parts complete and free of cracks. Cranks must clear 20/20 and blocks .030 for refund, with a 3-business-day inspection period. If this engine is not the correct match, a rebuild service is available by calling (800) 675-1000.
